Erik Alfredo Macias was charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a minor and one count of soliciting to commit indecent liberties with a minor. Macias is only 17 years old and he was arrested by the Davidson Police Department in connection with two abductions that have taken place there over the past month. Davidson police said the two girls who were approached were able to give a vivid description of the suspect and that's what led police to Erik Macias.
According to this WCNC report:
The charges stem from reports of a green Dodge neon spotted cruising through two Davidson neighborhoods in the past month. Three girls between eight and 11-years-old tell police a man drove up and offered them money if they had sex with him. Parents sounded the alarm.
Macias is being held under a $225,000 bond at the Mecklenburg County Jail. By the way, was he in the middle of a haircut or is this a style these days??
