Police say the man who held up Village Jewelry in January might also be responsible for jewelry store heists in several other places including Pineville, NC, Burlington, NC and Asheville, NC. They say the suspect is likely the same man because the same tactics were used in every case. The suspect is described as a 30- to 35-year-old black man, standing about 6-foot-3 and weighing between 180 and 200 pounds.
