An armed robbery and shooting occurred around 9 pm tonight on Timberbrook Drive.Police say the shooting victim was in front of his residence when he was approached by two black males- one was armed with a handgun. The robbers demanded money from the victim but the victim refused to give them any.
At that point, the victim was shot in the arm. The robbers took his wallet and fled the scene on foot. The victim ran down a path and banged on his neighbor's door for help.The shooting victim was transported to the hospital with a non life threatening injury. The suspects are described as young with one wearing a black jacket and camouflage pants the other suspect was wearing grey clothing.
