Last night, Alcohol Law Enforcement (ALE) busted an illegal liquor and crack cocaine house at 2216 Augusta St in North Charlotte. Police arrested George Harris, Jr. for running the house.Agents say the 71 year-old man who ran the liquor house told then he was using the money to pay his rent. This is the eighth liquor house they've busted in recent weeks. All the busts were in Mecklenburg and Union Counties. Source: WBTV
