Rodney Alexander Reid was arrested by CMPD Patrol Officers after his release from Carolina’s Medical Center on 01/31/2007. Reid was admitted to Carolina’s Medical Center as a result of a gun shot wound that he received in Gastonia.An anonymous caller reported that Reid was at the hospital. Reid was placed on the 10 Most Wanted List on 01/18/2007. He was wanted for Possession of a Firearm by Felon, Possession with Intent to Sale and Deliver Cocaine and Carrying a Concealed Weapon and several other traffic related offenses.
Michael Deangelo Laney was arrested during a traffic stop by officers in the Street Crimes Division on 01/31/2007. Laney was placed on the 10 most Wanted List on 01/18/2007. He was wanted for Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Possession of a Firearm by Felon, Discharging a Firearm into Occupied Property and Breaking and Entering with Force.He was also charged with Possession with Intent to Sale and Delivery Cocaine and Resisting a Public Officer as a result of the traffic stop.
