A CMS' South Mecklenburg High School teacher is accused of taking cell phone pictures of up a woman and her daughter's at a south Charlotte Harris Teeter store.Police charged English teacher, Steven Skinner, with two counts of felony peeping using a photographic device.
According to CMS, Skinner is a 1977 Duke Graduate and a soccer player. He has 24 years of teaching experience is has worked for six years at South Mecklenburg High School.
