Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Homicide Unit have signed a murder warrant on Thomas Lee Davis.Mr. Davis is wanted for the August 12th murder of Linda Christine Wise, which occurred at 1215 Effingham Road.
