Police have arrested a second suspect in the January 12th murder of Leroy Hodge Jr, 65.Martin Barrett Davis, 33, was arrested and charged with murder. He is currently in the Mecklenburg County Jail.
Sheriff's Records show Davis has several arrests over the past 3 years. Many are traffic related and others are drug related, including selling and distributing cocaine.
