Early this morning, a 13 year old boy was shot in the leg outside a nightclub in East Charlotte. Police say the shooting occurred around 1:30 this morning at 4205 Monroe Road- near the nightclub, Genesis.The victim and his friend were walking in front of the nightclub, when people inside a 2005 red Mustang and a silver Mitsubishi Gallant shot in their direction numerous times. Witnesses say both cars had tinted windows.
