Police received information about Reico Welch selling crack cocaine from his residence located on 1509 Pegram Street. Officers obtained a search warrant to search the premises and seized individual crack rocks, one large crack rock and powder cocaine. Welch was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine & maintaining a dwelling to sell drugs. Welch is a convicted felon.

CMPD officers received numerous complaints from several members of the community and other police officers about cocaine, heroin and marijuana being sold and used at 8344 Tifton Rd.
Police conducted a trash pull at the residence and found 14 syringes, 2 syringe packages, 2 chore boy scouring pads (pulled apart to use as crack pipe filters), six burnt pieces of glass crack pipe with residue, 26 plastic baggies with the corners cut off and a beer can converted into a crack pipe.
Police obtained a search warrant to search Moncure's home. During the search, police seized a hand gun and magazine, crack pipes, glass tubes, needles, scales, bullets, heroin and crack cocaine. Moncure was subsequently charged with maintaining a dwelling to sell drugs, possession of cocaine, heroin and drug paraphernalia.
