Last Thursday, CMPD Officers responded to the Grier Park Apartments in reference to a man shot in front of 3416 Oak Arbor Lane.Police say 20-year old Shantoine Blackwell suffered multiple gunshot wounds. MEDIC transported Blackwell to Carolinas Medical Center where he was pronounced dead by ER staff.
