When the D.A.’s office dropped the case against the punk who stole her car and then totaled it last year, Kelly was “smoking mad” and started a blog. She posts mug shots of every person booked at the jail, crime-scene photos, police report summaries, and more. Cops support her cause, and they often feed her info.
