Louis Balducci, 36, a Union County Sheriff Deputy, was arrested today on Federal charges involving distribution of Oxycodone and possession of a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime.According to official court documents, it is alleged that on or about January 12, 2008 & January 24, 2008, Louis Balducci distributed Oxycodone in Union County. On January 12, 2008, Louis Balducci did use and possess a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime.
If convicted on the charges in the complaint, Balducci faces a maximum statutory penalty of 20 years in prison on the drug distribution charge and a maximum statutory penalty of life in prison on the firearms charge.
