*Updated*Yesterday afternoon, a CMPD plainclothes Officer was working off-duty at the Park Road Park. The Officer had to use the restroom and was approached by a man who propositioned the Officer for oral sex and tried to grab the Officer's crotch.
The man happens to be Robert Lee Graff, 58, the Pastor of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, located on Park Road. He is charged with soliciting a crime against nature.
