16 Strippers Charged with Indecent Exposure

The Mecklenburg County ABC Law Enforcement Division and the Pineville Police Department completed a six month undercover compliance investigation at eight adult entertainment (strip) clubs in Mecklenburg County. All eight clubs hold permits to sell alcohol in Mecklenburg County.
As a result of this investigation, officers issued sixteen arrest warrants for woman working at these locations for removing their bottoms during private and public dances. Most of the clubs involved are operated by M.A.L. Entertainment, a company owned by Charlotte businessman David "Slim" Baucom.
