Barry Long, 44, is charged with murder after he shot and killed his employee, 23-year old William Britton Twitty after a party in east Charlotte last night. The shooting happened at 9218 Kem Arbor Way shortly before 11 pm.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department said the shooting stemmed from an argument between the two men who were at a party drinking. Twitty was found lying inside his truck in the driveway at Long's home.
