Tracy Harold is wanted by the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team (VCAT) for outstanding warrants for interfering with an electronic monitoring device, damage to property and armed robbery.
Harold has been on CMPD electronic monitoring since his August 25, 2011 release from jail on a $25,000 bond for a pending armed robbery charge. On September 12, 2011 Harold cut off his court ordered monitor and is currently on the run. Harold was last seen in the area of W.T. Harris Boulevard and Albemarle Road.
Tracy Harold has previously been arrested for felony drug and weapon charges in Mecklenburg County. Anyone with information on Harold’s whereabouts should immediately contact the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team (VCAT) at (704) 336-VACT or call 911.
