Charlotte.com is reporting that 5 armed robberies occurred from last night to this morning here in Charlotte... All of them included people getting robbed at GUNPOINT! Outrageous, isn't it? Something must be done! If New York City can clean up their city- why can't we clean up ours?
Here is the info on the robberies:
• At 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, victims on the 6200 block of Montego Drive (near WT Harris and The Plaza) described the suspect as a black man wearing a gray sweatshirt and a white bandana.
• At 6:44 p.m. Tuesday, a victim was robbed in a parking lot on the 7200 block of Point Lake Drive (near Albemarle and Lawyers roads). The victim described the suspect as a black man wearing all black clothing and a blue bandana over his face.
• At 9:30 p.m., a victim was robbed on the 500 block of Briar Creek Road. The victim said the suspect was about six feet tall and was wearing a gray sweatshirt, black pants and a black bandana over his face.
• At 12:25 a.m. today, a victim on the 7100 block of Crystal Crest Way (near Old Statesville Road) said she was robbed by two suspects who left in a dark blue or black vehicle.
• At 1:42 a.m. today, a Sam's Mart on Nations Ford Road in southwest Charlotte was robbed. The suspect was described as wearing a bandana over his face.
