An overnight shooting left one person dead and sent another to the hospital. Two people were shot on Redwood Avenue around 2:15 am on Tuesday, according to police. One person died at the scene and the other was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.Homicide detectives are searching the scene for a suspect, but they said they are having trouble because neighbors are unwilling to say what they saw this morning. They have not released a description of the suspect.
Police also recovered a stolen car on the same street where the shooting happened. They are processing it to see if it had anything to do with the shooting.
