Charlotte Mecklenburg Police are assisting the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office in a search for a prisoner who walked away from a work crew today.Authorities are looking for Brandon Alexander Payne, (R) 19, of Charlotte who was last seen around North Tryon Street and Orchard Trace Lane in North Charlotte.
Brandon Payne is described as a white male. He is 5'11, 185 lbs with short brown hair and brown eyes. He was arrested on August 16 and was charged with several breaking and entering charges. If you see this man, please call 911. Source: WBTV
