A suspect in a triple shooting is now behind bars in Union County, NC. Police in Monroe, NC arrested Misael Lopez Posada at the Chili's restaurant where he works on three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill & inflicting serious injuries.Authorities believe Posada shot three men at an apartment on Williams Road on Saturday afternoon. Two of the men were shot in the foot and the third man was shot in the back. All three were taken to the hospital, treated and released. Posada is being held in the Union County Jail under $25,000 bond. Source: WSOC-TV
