Around 4:49 am this morning, CMPD officers responded to the 1500 Block of North Davidson Street in reference to someone shot. Upon arrival, officers located the victim in the roadway with what appeared to be a gunshot wound to the head.Medic transported the victim, 23 year old Sanchez Henderson to Carolina's Medical Center where he is currently in critical condition with a life threatening gunshot wound.
