Two shooting victims showed up at Carolinas Medical Center around 6 am this morning saying they had been shot on Parker Driver in West Charlotte. One of the victims, Tyshawon Cousar, later died from his gunshot wounds. Police are investigating this shooting as a homicide but so far they have no motive or suspects.Cousar had been arrested 15 times by CMPD in the past three years.
