Around 1:00 pm today, the Bank of Granite, located at 4415 Sharon Road was robbed. A white male entered the bank and demanded money from the teller. The suspect did not display a weapon but indicated he had one. The robber then escaped on foot.Police searched the area with the K-9 unit but were unable to locate the suspect. The bank robber is described as a white male, approx. 6'2" with a thin build. He was wearing a red jacket and is described as having 3-4 days of facial hair.
