Last night, a domestic dispute turned ugly and as a result- one man was stabbed. Police say the dispute started when a woman and her boyfriend were dropping off the woman’s child at her ex-husband’s home in the Winterwood Apartments on Winter Oak Lane.The two men began fighting and police say that is when the boyfriend pulled out a gun and fired one shot- but it didn't hit anyone. When that didn't work, the boyfriend pulled out a knife and stabbed the ex-husband in the neck. Police say his injuries are non-life threatening and he should recover.
I have contacted CMPD to see if the boyfriend was arrested, but I have not heard back yet. I will update this post as soon as I hear something.
