Last night, two teenage boys carjacked a man on Milton Road. The teens stole the man's Hyundai Elantra and took off. Thankfully, the victim was not hurt and called police.Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police searched for the stolen car and carjackers. An hour later, police spotted the car and followed it. The teens led police on a brief pursuit until the suspects jumped and ran from the car on Eaves Lane.
Police searched the area for the suspects. A neighbor saw the teens hiding in his neighbors boat near Ruth Drive and Dolphin Lane and called police. CMPD officers located the teens and arrested them.
