Early this morning, police responded to Arnold's Bar on Eastway Dr, after they received a report of a man shot inside the bar. Police located the victim in the bathroom suffering from a gunshot wound to the stomach. The victim was transported to the hospital in critical condition.William Ray Runyan, 53, is charged with the shooting. Police believe Runyan knew the victim but they did not say what led to the shooting. Runyan is charged with assault with a deadly weapon- intent to kill and carrying a concealed weapon. His bond is set at $110,000.
