Rachel Foster, 21, was arrested yesterday afternoon after she led police on an hour long wild goose chase. Foster called 911 and told the operator a man broke into her apartment on Marlynn Drive and someone was shot.Foster continuously told the 911 operator she was hiding in the bushes and needed help as Medic and Police searched for her. Police used GPS to track the cell phone and located Foster inside her apartment high on drugs. She was arrested and charged with three counts of misusing 911.
