David Ray Thomas, 40, of Randleman, NC, was arrested by Federal Agents on Thursday. He is charged with committing three armed bank robberies at two different SunTrust Bank locations in the Charlotte area.According to the criminal complaint filed by the US District Attorney’s Office, police have connected Thomas to three different bank robberies:
April 25, 2007- SunTrust Bank: 9617 Holly Point Dr., Huntersville
May 15, 2007- SunTrust Bank: 8121 Mallard Creek Rd., Charlotte
May 30, 2007- SunTrust Bank: 8121 Mallard Creek Rd., Charlotte
