Early this morning, an off-duty police officer was driving home from work when a truck pulled up behind him and flashed blue lights, the same as a real police officer would do. The officer pulled to the side of the road and the truck sped off.The off-duty officer called for on-duty officers to assist and he followed the truck until officers arrived. Police stopped the truck and arrested the occupants near the Hidden Valley neighborhood.
Police say they don't think the men were using the blue lights to stop people but to get them to pull over so they could pass.

Stephen Hartman, 20 (Shown Top) was driving the car with the blue lights. He is charged with impersonating an officer, operating a vehicle with a blue light and carrying a concealed cutting instrument.
The passenger, Christopher Duncan (Bottom) was charged with resisting arrest.
