CMPD Investigating Several Morning Robberies

CMPD robbery detectives are searching for three suspects involved in four different armed robberies, all within one hour this morning.

During the robbery spree, one victim was shot in the stomach. The suspects were driving a silver/grey VW Jetta, which police say they have since recovered.

6:04 am: 1100 Lakemist Drive
Two Hispanic males were robbed by two black males driving a grey car. One of the victims was shot in the stomach and the other victim was hit in the head with the gun. Both victims were transported to the hospital with NLT injuries.
6:12 am: 1400 Kentland Lane
A Hispanic male was robbed at gunpoint by two black male suspects. The suspects were described as wearing a black jacket and were armed with either a 9 mm or .45 pistol. The suspects fled the scene in a small grey car. No injuries.
6:26 am: 3400 Anson Street
The victim reported he was robbed at gunpoint by three black male suspects. All three suspects were wearing dark clothing and left the area in a small grey car. No injuries.
7:05 am: 5800 Monroe Road
The victim reported he was robbed at gunpoint by two black males. One was wearing a camouflage top and black pants and the other wearing all black. The suspects were armed with a gun. The suspects fled the area in a silver VW Jetta. No injuries.

On Thursday night, two men were robbed on Delane Ave by three black males. The robbers assaulted one victim and shot the other in the neck. The victim was transported to CMC by medic with NLT injuries. The suspects fled in a silver SUV toward Sharon Amity Rd.
