Around 9:00 last night, Demetrius Jerome Wright, 24, was shot and killed by a Domino's pizza delivery driver in a breezeway at the Greenbryre Apartments.Police haven't released specific details about what exactly happened but they say Demetrius Wright attempted to rob the delivery driver at gunpoint. At some point, the delivery driver pulled out his own gun and shot and killed Wright.
The driver remained at the scene and waited for police. As of today, he has not been charged with any crime.
