Roscoe Abell, a ranking member of the "Hidden Valley Kings" gang was arrested this morning in New York City.Abell managed to elude arrest since last March, when he was indicted in Federal Court on numerous narcotic charges. Abell and 19 other 'Hidden Valley Gang' members were named in the indictment.
