CMPD Officers have charged Timothy Wayne Farrow with Death by vehicle, DUI and Hit & Run after he ran over a woman with a U-Haul truck and killed her. Police have not identified the victim.Police said Timothy Farrow was arguing with the female victim in the parking lot of the Economy Inn at 1415 Tom Hunter Rd. The victim was holding onto the passenger side door as Farrow tried to drive away. She fell and was run over by the truck.
Farrow fled the scene after killing the woman but was later captured. A Magistrate set Farrow's bond at $41,000.
