At approximately 1:30 this afternoon, a subject walked into the First Citizens Bank located at 4325 Randolph Road and demanded cash from the victim teller and implied having a gun.The subject obtained cash from the bank and fled in a red pick-up truck. Officers quickly responded to the area and a traffic stop was initiated involving a red pick-up truck, on Fairview Road, minutes after the robbery.
The suspect, Alta RaVon Bost, Sr., was taken into custody without resistance and cash was recovered. Bost is charged with common law robbery of the First Citizens Bank.
