Habitual Felon John Oliver Sent to Prison

On November 8, 2010, the DA’s Habitual Felon Team called the case of John Kennedy Oliver, 27, for felony possession of a stolen vehicle and being a habitual felon.

Oliver was found guilty by the jury of possessing the stolen vehicle and the Defendant admitted his status as an habitual felon. He was arrested five times in Mecklenburg County between 2008-2009.

The Honorable Linwood O. Foust, Superior Court Judge, sentenced Oliver to 77-102 months in prison.
