White has been charged with abduction of children and assault of a child under 12 stemming from an incident that occurred in the area of Frazier Park on the evening of Sunday, April 10, 2011. White was located by patrol officers after warrants were signed. He was taken into custody without incident.
Detectives
worked day and night over the last several days. They reviewed
surveillance video and photos, interviewed a multitude of individuals
concerning the case and quickly developed a suspect. The CMPD removed
him from the public this afternoon.
