Officers arrived and observed the front door had been smashed by a large rock and clothes were scattered all over the floor of location. An employee arrived and stated that two racks of designer clothing had been stolen totaling approximately $30,000. An anonymous person with information on the suspect forwarded specific details about the incident to a security guard who passed the information to police.
Detectives responded to Allen Lowery’s residence at 929 McArthur Avenue later that evening. After making voluntary contact with the suspect, the suspect consented to allow officers into the residence. Allen Lowery led officers inside to an area where he retrieved trash bags containing property stolen during the incident. Allen Lowery has been charged with Breaking and Entering with Force and Felony Larceny. The property was returned to the victim.
