Troy Catoe
On June 8, 2011, Troy Catoe, 38, pled guilty to (1) Assault with a Deadly Weapon on a Law Enforcement Officer, (2) Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, (3) two counts of Felony Speeding to Elude, (4) Misdemeanor Hit and Run, (5) Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle, and (6) Misdemeanor Larceny. Catoe was sentenced to 146-185 months in prison. The Honorable H. William Constangy, Superior Court Judge, presided over the arraignment at the Mecklenburg County Courthouse.
