Shortly before noon, the Duke Power payment center on Eastway Drive was robbed at gunpoint by the man shown in the photo to the right. The suspect has long dreads in a ponytail and a long goatee.According to police, the man jumped over the counter after waiting in line and showed the workers a gun. He cleaned out all the cash registered and fled the scene in a red Hyundai.
