Charlotte Tennis Instructor Charged with Sex Crimes

UPDATE (5/3/12)  Tennis Instructor Jeremy Princell was arrested again today- this time for 2nd degree rape and possession of a firearm by a felon. No details have been provided from any police department.  His bond is set at $90,000.
UPDATE (4/25/12)-  Jeremy Princell was arrested again today and charged with attempted first degree sex offense- victim under the age of 13.  His bond is set at $25,000
UPDATE (3/30/12)-  Princell was arrested again today and charged with sexual battery- by force/against will of victim and communicating threats.  His bond was set at $25,000.

Jeremy Princell, 36, was arrested yesterday and charged with one count of taking indecent liberties with a child.  His bond was set at $15,000.

Princell is the co-owner (along with his wife) of Princell Tennis, which is located off Providence Square Drive, in Charlotte, according to the company website.  Princell Tennis offers tennis lessons and clinics for people of all ages.

According to the Davidson Police Department, the charges stem from an accusation made by a former 15-year old tennis student of inappropriate physical contact which occurred in Davidson, NC.
