Suspect Wanted on Several Warrants Apprehended by SWAT

On Monday, May 21, 2012, at approximately 10:00am, a CMPD officer received a tip that a subject wanted for Firearm by Felon and several additional local warrants, Jecorey Fraylon was located at 4800 Kistler Avenue.

While officers were making preparations to apprehend the suspect, they received a phone call from the sister of Mr. Fraylon’s girlfriend.  The female advised officers that Mr. Fraylon was holding her sister and an infant against their will at the Kistler address.   Officers attempted to make contact with Mr. Fraylon at the residence but received no answer. 

The SWAT Team was activated and responded to the scene. After speaking with SWAT negotiators, Mr. Fraylon surrendered without further incident. The female and child that were inside of the residence were located unharmed.
