Renee Reece, Heidi Epley, Cote Moretz and William Lunt have been arrested by Burke County sheriffs after posting stolen goods on Craigslist.
The arrest comes after the victim of a theft reported three stolen appliances from a home still under construction. Three days later the victim notified police after he spotted the stolen goods on a Craigslist ad. When they arranged a meeting, police determined the items for sale to be the stolen appliances.
Although three suspects have yet to be charged, Lunt, of Hickory, was charged with breaking and entering larceny, and possession of stolen goods, all felonies. He was being jailed under a $30,000 bond.
