A fight between two pairs of men after an attempted robbery at an apartement complex left two men shot and one them in critical condition in the early morning Thursday. Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have yet to release the names of the men involved, but reports say two men attempted to rob the other pair at the Magnolia Square Apartments on Eastway Drive when a fight ensued.
One of the victims of the robbery was shot in the hand before the other victim shot one of the robbers in the head and chest with his own gun. That suspect was registered in critical condition in an area hospital.
