CMPD Release Surveillance Photos of Robbery Suspect

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department released surveillance photos on Tuesday that depict the suspect of a September 4 robbery. The incident took place shortly after midnight at a Circle K gas station near the intersection of The Plaza and East W.T. Harris Boulevard.

The suspect apparently took off his shirt and wrapped it around his head to cover his face before robbing the store with a pistol. He ultimately robbed the store for $340 and cigarettes.

He is described as being in his 20's, around 5'6" tall, and weighing about 160 pounds. At the time of the robbery he was wearing black pants and black Nike shoes.
