Charlotte's first homicide in 2007 occurred yesterday.Around 11:00 last night, CMPD Officers responded to the Charlottetown Terrace Apartments, subsidized housing for the elderly and disabled- located on Baxter Street.
Police found 63 year old Eva Dunlap Green deceased inside of her 9th floor apartment. Police said Ms. Green was strangled or suffocated and her death is being investigated as a homicide.Photos by: Jonathan Jones
