Overnight Robberies in Charlotte

Four different Charlotte, NC businesses were robbed within six hours overnight. Police do not believe the robberies are related since the suspects and weapons are different.

1730 Abbey Place: A white male armed with a shotgun robbed the Blockbuster Video Store around 10:45pm last night. Police say the suspect fled the scene in a white colored Oldsmobile.

410 Westinghouse Boulevard: Ace Check Cashing was robbed at 12:45am by three black males wearing white t-shirts and blue jeans. One of the suspects was armed with a gun. The suspects were last seen running on foot.

8635 Hankins Road: The Waffle House was robbed by two black males wearing ski masks shortly after 1:00 am. One of the suspects fired the gun inside the restaurant but no one was hurt.

4336 Park Road: At 3:00am, the Petro Express was robbed by a white male and black male armed with long guns. Both of the robbery suspects fled the scene on foot.
