A man delivering portable toilets for A Sani-Can was shot to death shortly after 9:00 yesterday morning. The shooting occurred on Point Lookout Road, which is located in a subdivision under construction near Lake Wylie.Police say Demetrio Calvillo, 36, was shot and killed by Justus Moss, 27, after the two men had a verbal disagreement about the sanitation truck. After the men exchanged words, Moss returned home and grabbed a gun. He went back to the construction site and shot Calvillo. Moss lived in an older home near the construction site.
Moss’ father came to the scene and performed CPR on Calvillo but he was unable to save him. CMPD Officers arrested Moss at the scene.
