CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A 14-year-old boy remains in serious condition after being shot in the parking lot of a west Charlotte nightclub (Faces) early Saturday.
Police said there was an altercation inside the Faces Lounge near Freedom Drive and Alleghany Street just after midnight. The fight continued outside and ended in gunfire.
Several rounds were fired and one of them struck the teen, a passenger inside a car.
Officers said the teenager’s wound does not appear to be life-threatening.
