Crespi Twins Autopsy Released
When David Crespi killed his 5 year old twin daughters, it was no accident. According to the recent autopsy results, the girls were stabbed more than 12 times. David Crespi, 45, was arrested in January at his Mecklenburg County home and charged with two counts of first-degree murder. 
In addition, the autopsy revealed that both girls had cuts on their hands. According to News 14 Carolina, detectives have not said whether they were defensive wounds or if the twins were held down when they were stabbed.
